Pope County will have to wait a little longer for the casino as long as the Arkansas Race Commission decides to issue a license. The delay comes after a lawsuit was filed over the arrival of a casino project in the area.

Specifically, the lawsuit raises questions about the licensing process for disputed casino projects. Meanwhile, four projects have already been approved in Hot Springs and West Memphis.

However, the lawsuit proved to be an even more controversial issue after reports of controversy in planning casino projects. In August, Pope County's regulators refused to accept a Mississippi-based company. Meanwhile, four companies are tied to win casino licenses, including:

Cherokee Nation Business, Oklahoma
Kill Management of Iowa
Warner Gaming of Nevada
The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Award and
Gulfside Casino Partnership would have been an entrant, but the company's bid was rejected by the race commission and it received legal support from Gulfside. The casino will be the latest extension to the state's already existing sports betting structure.

Arkansas successfully promoted sports betting when voters decided to approve it in a November 2018 referendum. Arkansas officially launched sports betting on July 1, 2019.

It's not the right place to hear the case

In September, a Pope County Circuit Court judge moved the Gulfside lawsuit from Pope County to Pulaski County, arguing that Pulaski County was a better place to continue litigation.

The case against the race commission features several important points. First, no casino should be issued a license in Pope County without proper investigation by voters. This has already been achieved, and the race commission has agreed.

Second, Casey Castleberry, a lawyer for Gulfside, believes that Pope County may not be able to see the casino project at this time because no council member has given approval to anyone other than the council's representatives. In addition to the lawsuit filed by Gulfside, there are two additional legal proceedings in the country.

Two more lawsuits in Pope County

The awarding of licenses to the Cherokee breached a November 2018 referendum and was agreed that the vote should be reconvened to determine which companies could operate in Cherokee territory, according to The Citizens for Better Pope County.

Meanwhile, the Vatican Concerned Citizens' Representative Hans Stiritz argued that the current form of casino awarding process is a violation of the Freedom of Information Act. Stiritz was joined by Vatican Peace Judge Joseph Pearson and Vatican Prosecutor Jeff Phillips.     카지노사이트 순위
