Swedish gambling regulator Spelinspektionen has cleared four operators, including Bet365, of offering gambling options to minors.
A Swedish watchdog announced its findings that it had investigated whether Betson, Bet365, AB Trav Och Galop and Spuniker owned by Kindred Group had violated betting rules by allowing players under 18 (U-18) to bet.
The concerns were first raised in April when Spelinspektionen warned it had reviewed information that certain operators had offered live digital bets to underage athletes.
To address these concerns, regulators revoked the license and ordered the Bet365 subsidiary Hidden Sports to pay a $1 million fine for breaking domestic gambling rules. A recent investigation cleared Spelinspektionen, confirming that the players in question were actually 18 years old when the bets were made.
In July, the watchdog fined eight operators a total of $4.4 million, including Betfair, Bethard, Casinostugan, Electraworks, Head, Polar Limited, TSG Interactive and Secure Gaming. 파워볼사이트 추천
